Spicy Honey Mustard

I made Alton Brown's Honey Mustard Recipe, which is basically just these three ingredients:

We accidentally bought Horseradish mustard instead of Dijon. Also, I try to eat low carb, so I used a lot less honey here and added Splenda. Note that this does not make very much dressing, so you want to AT LEAST double it.

The dressing is great, very spicy. It's kind of like a vinaigrette. You could easily add some mayo and make it more creamy. If you don't like it quite so spicy, substitute half of the Horseradish mustard for Dijon. Either way, it's great. It works for salads, and as a dip for almost anything.

Enjoy!
