I made this up...It's delicious!
Sauté pepperoni in a frying pan with Pam until lightly browned. Remove to another platter.
Brown two links of sausage or bratwurst in the same pan. Cook through until no pink is showing.
Put both meats into a food processor. Add a few cups of leftover vegetables (any type). Process until all are roughly chopped.
Spread mixture on a microwave-safe plate.
Sprinkle with your favorite italian herbs, such as basil, garlic, and
oregano. Sprinkled with 1-2 Cups of shredded cheese. You can add some tomato or pizza sauce if you like.
Microwave for a minute or two, until the cheese is just melted.
Eat it with a spoon!
I used turkey pepperoni, turkey bratwurst, and green beans, but you could use
any types of these items.
I don't eat bread, but this would probably be good on any kind of bun as
well.
This is low carb and gluten free. Use vegan cheese to make it dairy-free.
